Eli gets a special birthday delivery and we have a little talk about what’s going to happen when we go to see Dr. Tulipan at the hospital next week.

    We love you and are praying for you on your surgery this week. We really, really enjoyed watching you enjoy your cookie bouquet so thoroughly. Pastor Jeff and I will be on vacation this week but, we will be praying for you the day of your surgery and will check the website to get the latest updates on your recovery. We know that God is going to take great care of you through your doctors and nurses.

  4. Dear Eli, You don’t know me - I go to New Song Woodbine, but I love your story. What a cool birthday cookie gift. I am so glad that you enjoyed the cookies. I am proud of you being brave enough to talk about your surgery and being willing to admit that you are a little nervous. Even grown ups get nervous about going to the hospital and having to have surgery. I bet the nurses will love having you for a patient on Wednesday. I will be praying for you today and tomorrow.
