We’re Home!
July 14, 2008 – 3:39 pmHi all. We’re home. We’ve actually been home since yesterday late afternoon.
Eli is getting around well. Using a walker some, but for the most part he’s getting around on his own. We’re all exhausted but had a good night’s sleep.
We’ll share more details later. Please keep checking in over the next couple of weeks for updates.

Yea! Home is so great and so is getting to sleep in your own bed. I know that Eli will continue to progess well and I am praying for his complete healing and return to his normal, five-year-old boy activities very soon.

YAY! Awesome news! I know we do not know one another personally, but I have been reading your journey through this. What a strong united family you are! My 2 kids were very excited this morning when I told them that Eli is at home! We go to WB and my kids have got the priviledge of writing cards and praying for Eli. And we will continue those prayers until Eli is fully recovered and beyond!

What an inspiration you all are. I can’t imagine going through this journey with my Josh and keeping all of the faith and positive attitudes like you all have! You have really made a difference in the way we think from sharing your story and how you’ve handled it! I am sooo happy that Eli is doing better. We have been praying for him, and we will continue to do so! Eli is just an amazing young man! He’s a real trooper! You and Ray are doing a great job! Praise the Lord that eveything is going well. I am so glad you are home Eli ! I have been keeping tabs on you thru Sue and Phil (we are neighbors). You guys are truly an inspiration to all. Ray and Angela, you have 3 beautiful children and I enjoy seeing the boys while they are visiting next door. Our family has kept you guys in our prayers thru this surgery and we are so glad that Eli is doing better. Keep us posted !!

Alexia and I have been following you and your remarkable walk through this experience. We giggle so much, we cry and praise the Lord for him carrying you through this process. We are so proud of you and are glad you are our friend.
